Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from A Mother's Love Remembered. Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we have the following policy:

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at kcb34@yahoo.com, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Wrong Item Shipped If we sent you the wrong item, we'll send the correct one immediately at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Size Exchanges (T-Shirts) We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at kcb34@yahoo.com. We'll help arrange an exchange - you'll just need to cover return shipping and we'll send the new size.

Returns for Other Reasons Because each product is custom-made for you when you order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you simply don't like the design. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before ordering.

How to Request a Return or Exchange Contact us at kcb34@yahoo.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
